Our gift note add-on includes your own personalized gift message custom-printed on thick cardstock and included inside the complimentary gift box with your order.

Note: All Stella & Tide orders are packaged in one brown gift box and tied with string here at S&T HQ completely free of charge. This optional add-on is only needed if you'd like to add a custom-printed gift message inside the box.

    By default, only one gift box is included with each Stella & Tide order.

    Example: If you're purchasing 3 separate pieces, all 3 pieces will be included in one gift box.

    PRODUCTION

    This piece requires 10-15 business days to be handmade and/or processed at our HQ before it ships.

    ☀ Upgrade to Rush Shipping at checkout to drop the production time to 5 business days ☀

    When placing an order with multiple pieces, your delivery estimate will always be based on the piece with the longest production time.

    Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will start production on the following business day.

    EASTER DELIVERY

    Custom Pieces: Order by Wednesday, February 21 for guaranteed delivery before Easter. (Learn more about custom pieces here.)

    Standard Pieces: Order by Friday, March 1 for guaranteed delivery before Easter.

    ☀ If you upgrade to Rush Shipping at checkout, this deadline is extended to Tuesday, March 19 (standard pieces only) ☀

    Note: We'll continue to create and ship orders after the deadlines, but we can't guarantee that they will arrive by Easter.

    *Easter delivery guarantee applies to U.S. customers only. We cannot guarantee delivery by Easter for international orders. Be sure to shop early!

    SHIPPING

    Note: Shipping times listed below are calculated after our current production time.

    United States

    All U.S. orders come with Free Shipping via USPS First Class mail by default, which varies between 3-5 days in transit. You can purchase Priority Shipping via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) at checkout for $7. 

    International

    All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail which requires anywhere from 7-21 days in transit before delivery (transit time varies by country).

    Rush Shipping

    Orders with only standard pieces can be upgraded to Rush Shipping at checkout for $22.

    This upgrade drops the production time to 5 business days and includes shipping via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days).

    If you're in a hurry, this is the fastest way to receive your order!

    Stella Shipping Protection

    For a small fee, Stella Shipping Protection guarantees fast and easy replacement for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

    Orders with Stella Shipping Protection that don’t arrive as expected are eligible for replacement 10 days after the ship date with no additional action required.

    Stella Shipping Protection is enabled by default, and we highly recommend keeping it on for all orders!

    If you'd like to opt out of Stella Shipping Protection, click the "Shipping Protection" slider near the bottom of the cart page prior to checkout.

    Note: If you opt out of Stella Shipping Protection and your order doesn’t arrive, we’ll still help you with a replacement; however, the eligibility time frame for unprotected orders is 20 days after the ship date, and the replacement process will require some action on your part.

    We stand behind the quality of our jewelry (see our Wave Warranty), and we're confident that you'll love any piece you choose!

    But we know sometimes things don’t work out—which is why we’ve made our return policy super simple:

    If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of delivery.

    Planning to give our jewelry as a gift? We’ll automatically extend the return window to 14 days after you give the item(s) to the recipient.

    No matter what, know that we’ll do everything in our power to make sure you’re 100% happy with your purchase—so go ahead and shop with confidence 💕

    EXCHANGES & RESIZES

    Our most common exchange request is to resize a piece that doesn’t fit.

    As long as you’re within the 14-day delivery window, we’ll resize any piece free of charge!

    If you’re beyond that time frame, we’re still happy to help, though there may be a small resizing fee.

    Interested in exchanging for a different piece altogether? That’s cool with us, too—the same policy + time frame applies.

    RETURNS

    Our 14-day return policy applies to all items, but the refund method will vary based on the type of item being returned.

    • Standard pieces are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.
    • Custom pieces are eligible for store credit only.

    If your jewelry has any visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration, it may not be eligible for return.

    Also, certain items that have been worn (earrings, letter bracelets) may only be eligible for store credit due to sanitation restrictions. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    HOW IT WORKS

    To start an exchange/return, send us a message (please include your order number and the reason for your exchange/return).

    You’ll be responsible for shipping your jewelry back to us. Once received, we’ll inspect + process your exchange/return within 1-2 weeks. Exchanges and resizes are shipped out within our normal production time.

    We request that your jewelry is shipped back in its original packaging, so be sure to hold on to that for a couple of weeks.

    If anything goes wrong with your jewelry within 30 days of delivery, we'll provide a free repair or replacement (with prepaid return shipping included).

    Planning to give our jewelry as a gift? We’ll automatically extend the warranty window to 30 days after you give the item(s) to the recipient.

      HOW IT WORKS

      To start a warranty claim, send us a message (please include your order number and the reason for your claim).

      We’ll promptly send you a prepaid return label along with return instructions. Once received, we’ll ship out your repair or replacement within our normal production time.

      We request that your jewelry is shipped back in its original packaging, so be sure to hold on to that for a couple of weeks.

      BEYOND 30 DAYS

      If you run into an issue beyond the 30-day warranty window—whether that’s 10 months or 10 years—don’t hesitate to reach out to us and we’ll work with you on a replacement. 

      Claims outside the 30-day window will not include prepaid shipping and may be subject to a repair or replacement fee (varies based on the nature of the damage).
