We are absolutely confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way. That's why we're proud to offer a 30-day warranty for any chain or clasp defects on all of our pieces!

Standard pieces must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received). This policy automatically includes extended coverage for holiday gifts! We are currently unable to accept returns on custom pieces (custom saint necklace, rings, letter bracelets, personalized items, earrings, etc.). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Production

Some orders may be temporarily delayed due to COVID-19. Thank you so much for your patience. 

All standard orders currently take 9-11 business days to be handcrafted and/or processed before they ship. Any order that includes a custom piece (most rings, select necklaces & bracelets) will take 12-17 business days to create before shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will start production on the following business day.

When placing an order with multiple pieces, your delivery estimate will always be based on the piece with the longest production time.

Shipping

United States

All orders come with free standard shipping via USPS First Class mail by default, which varies between 3-5 days. You can purchase expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days, includes insurance) at checkout for $5. We strongly recommended purchasing expedited shipping for all orders over $100 to ensure safe delivery! 

Canada

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail which requires around 7-10 days for delivery to Canada.

International

All order are shipped via USPS First Class mail which requires anywhere from 7-21 days for delivery to the rest of the world (varies per country).
